National Account Executive

(NAE)

in logistics is responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with large-scale clients across the country. This role focuses on delivering customized transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions while ensuring revenue growth and high levels of customer satisfaction. The NAE serves as the primary liaison between national clients and internal operational teams to ensure service excellence.

The training (first two weeks) will be fully in office. After the training there is the possibility of a hybrid position. The hours for this position are 7:00-4:00 M-TH and 7:00-12:00 on Fridays.

This position also has a monthly sales commission rate of 30% of your Net sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships

with assigned and/or acquired national logistics clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related needs.

Identify client pain points

and propose tailored freight, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Grow account revenue

by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing national accounts.

Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams

to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Lead contract negotiations , pricing discussions, and service level agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

and performance reports with key clients to assess satisfaction and highlight value delivered.

Monitor logistics trends , competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact client operations or company strategy.

Use CRM systems

to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account status.
