Customer Service Representative
A well-established, Washington-based credit union is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career development, and the potential to transition to remote work after meeting performance expectations.
What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding service that promotes deep and lasting member relationships
Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone and email
Consistently meet or exceed key performance and quality metrics
Research and resolve member concerns efficiently with guidance from leadership
Take ownership of issues, set clear expectations, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, and promotions that add value for members
Maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience (call center or financial services experience is a plus)
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and member‑focused approach
