We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager to own and execute all marketing efforts across multiple office locations. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, increasing consult volume, and strengthening brand presence in key markets. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Growth

Drive consistent, qualified consultation volume across all offices Develop and execute aggressive local marketing strategies for new markets (St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, etc.) Own and optimize cost per lead, cost per consult, and ROI

Digital Presence

Fully manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across all locations Own SEO strategy and execution (local + organic growth) Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, etc.) Ensure strong, consistent brand presence across all channels

Reputation Management

Own and scale review system Rapidly increase review count and maintain high ratings Implement systems that consistently generate client feedback

Intake & Conversion Optimization

Partner with intake team to increase booking and conversion rates Analyze call flow, follow-up, and lead handling Identify and fix conversion gaps

Vendor & Performance Management

Manage and hold all marketing vendors accountable Replace underperforming vendors quickly Ensure all efforts are ROI-driven

Reporting & Accountability

Report weekly on leads, consults, conversion rates, and cost per lead Provide clear, data-driven insights and action plans Take ownership of results, not just activity

Qualifications

5+ years of proven marketing experience with measurable results Experience generating leads in a service-based or high-ticket environment (law firm strongly preferred) Strong expertise in local SEO, Google Business, PPC, and lead generation systems Demonstrated track record of increasing leads, consults, and revenue Highly analytical and performance-driven mindset Ability to move fast, take ownership, and operate with minimal oversight

A high-output, results-driven individual not a coordinator or assistant Someone who thinks in terms of revenue, not just marketing tasks Comfortable being held accountable to clear performance metrics Able to identify problems quickly and implement solutions without hand-holding

Noticeable increase in consult volume across locations Clear reporting and visibility into all marketing channels Improved conversion rates and cost efficiency Stronger presence in new markets
