Architectural Designer

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with an accredited Professional or Graduate degree in Architecture and approximately 5-10 years of experience. Candidates must demonstrate experience navigating multiple design phases and working on various project types, including high-end residential, institutional, and commercial projects. Experience coordinating internal teams and external consultants is highly preferred. Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of rendering software such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or Lumion is a plus. We are a collaborative team that values individuals who can manage multiple projects efficiently under clear guidance and proactively add value to clients and the design team. Our in-office policies are flexible based on experience. Residency in Massachusetts is required.
