Website Optimization Specialist (CMS + A/B Testing)
Our client is hiring a Website Optimization Specialist to join a B2B SaaS marketing team. This is a highly hands‑on role focused on building and launching marketing pages, supporting campaign execution, and improving performance through testing and analytics.

What You’ll Do
Build, update, and publish marketing landing pages within a CMS such as Contentful or similar platforms
Translate campaign ideas into functional website experiences alongside design and marketing teams
Manage the workflow from intake to build to review to launch
Support A/B testing initiatives and help implement experiments using modern testing tools
Monitor performance using GA4 and heatmap or session tools to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure consistency across brand, layout, and UX standards
Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, design, product, and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience working with marketing websites or CMS platforms
Strong hands‑on CMS experience such as Contentful, WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, AEM, or similar
Experience building landing pages for SaaS or B2B marketing teams
Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation workflows
Familiarity with GA4, heatmaps, or similar analytics tools
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for light troubleshooting and page support
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Bonus If You Have
Experience working in a headless CMS environment
Background supporting growth marketing or conversion‑focused initiatives
Familiarity with experimentation tools such as Statsig, Optimizely, or VWO
