You Have
4+ years of experience as in a startup or high-growth environment Strong operational judgment and follow-through; highly reliable executor Experience managing vendors, facilities, and office budgets Detail-oriented with strong organizational systems Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes Based in or near San Jose with consistent on-site availability
You Will
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and prioritization Prepare meeting materials, briefs, and follow-ups Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring executives’ time is optimize Own office operations (vendors, supplies, logistics, workplace experience) Plan and execute team events, offsites, and All Hands Lead new hire onboarding (equipment, access, first-day experience) Manage expenses, reimbursements, and vendor payments with accuracy Draft communications and internal updates Handle ad hoc operational needs and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
