$75,000–$78,000 + ~4-week bonus

A growing global organization is seeking an
International Sales & Logistics Coordinator
to take full ownership of international shipping and logistics. This role partners closely with Sales to determine the most efficient, cost-effective way to deliver products to clients worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end international shipping (routing, carriers, freight forwarders, final-mile delivery)
Determine best logistics strategy (direct ship, warehouse, multi-leg, etc.)
Manage customs, tariffs, VAT, and currency considerations
Track shipments and resolve delays or clearance issues
Support international sales orders, quoting, and invoicing
Act as the main point of contact for Sales, vendors, and customers
What You Bring
3–5+ years of international logistics/shipping experience
Strong knowledge of customs, global shipping methods, and trade compliance
Experience with freight, drayage, and international carriers
Confident, proactive communicator who can work directly with Sales and clients
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Info
Must work onsite 4 days/week (no relocation offered)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
