The Job Center Staffing is expanding in Denver and we are hiring a revenue-producing Business Development Representative to drive net-new client acquisition. This is a true outside sales, field-based hunter role. It is not inside sales. It is not an account management position.
This role is built for a producer who thrives on strategic prospecting, territory penetration, and closing new business. If you need leads handed to you, this is not the seat. If you build a pipeline daily and compete to win, you will thrive here.
You will have a dedicated recruiting and operations support team focused on fulfillment and service delivery so you can concentrate on revenue generation and market expansion.
What You’ll Own
Net-new client acquisition through disciplined, daily prospecting
Territory development across light industrial and workforce solutions
Face-to-face client meetings and consultative solution selling
Pipeline management with measurable KPI accountability
Monthly and quarterly revenue targets tied directly to commission
Account expansion through strategic relationship development
What Success Looks Like
Consistent weekly prospecting activity that builds a predictable pipeline
First new account closed within 90 days
Sustainable revenue growth and recurring client partnerships
Performance that drives uncapped earnings
What We’re Looking For
Proven history of generating and closing new business
Hunter mentality with consistent prospecting discipline
Strong negotiation and closing ability
CRM accountability and time management mastery
Comfort operating independently in a field-based environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional sales experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
What You’ll Receive
$70K–$75K base salary (First year projected earnings $78K to $83K+)
Uncapped commission structure tied directly to performance
OTE potential for strong producers
