The Marketing Communication Specialist will support both internal and external communication projects for Integrated Human Capital including all facets of media, social media, website, job boards, print, and marketing materials that provide brand promotion and customer/client/prospective client interaction. This position reports to the Vice President to assist in various projects and processes to ensure the growth of our brand reputation. Marketing Communication Specialist Responsibilities: Assist the Vice President and branch teams in all planning and execution of the overall communication strategy for each company within Integrated Human Capital. Assist in the creation of shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand, our content, and links. Lead creation and creativity to generate traffic to our website, job postings, etc. to ultimately increase the number of applicants to each job. Create and post all job vacancies and ongoing recruitment on social channels for each branch. Responsible for posting all branch job openings as outlined in the process. Assist in maintaining IHC website. Write website content to include blogs and other resource material. Fill out databases and upload documents to supplier diversity portals. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned. Marketing Communication Specialist Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred and/or an Associate's degree in Marketing or English or Communication degree with two years of related experience with one year in the industry preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public. Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside the department. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high level of professionalism and business ethics. Physical Demands: Ability to communicate orally with candidates, customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges are essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect documents. No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of the common office.
