About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Marketing to create and lead a cohesive, customer-focused marketing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that harmonizes brand storytelling, product marketing, and demand generation across various channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring a consistent and compelling experience for customers, from e-commerce to retail and all digital touchpoints in between. The VP will be responsible for championing the brand's values and sustainability commitments, overseeing content strategy, and balancing upper-funnel brand investment with lower-funnel performance to achieve growth targets. Applicants must have 12-15+ years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a preference for those in outdoor, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer retail. The role requires a proven track record in leading integrated, omnichannel marketing organizations and the ability to balance brand building with performance-driven growth. Key qualifications include expertise in brand and content marketing, performance and growth marketing, lifecycle, CRM, and loyalty, as well as retail and omnichannel marketing. The VP will also be responsible for team leadership, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and managing agency and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at using insights and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and will be a strong communicator, capable of presenting results and recommendations to executive leadership.
