The position requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and cross-functional coordination. Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to reach target audiences. Create marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, and social media content. Manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online advertising platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Analyze campaign performance using marketing data and metrics to drive improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development. Plan and participate in marketing events, including trade shows and conferences. Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively. Provide marketing support to sales teams and other internal stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Must Have
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, online ads). Ability to analyze data and measure campaign performance. Experience in creating marketing content and collateral. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Exposure to event marketing and trade show coordination. Knowledge of branding and content strategy. Familiarity with budget management and forecasting.
