We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Event Operations & Sales Support Associate
to help execute successful community events while supporting customer engagement efforts.
This role combines physical event setup with light customer interaction and operational support.
? What You’ll Do Transport, set up, and break down event materials (tent, tables, signage, promotional kits)
Support event staff in engaging attendees and representing services
Help capture and organize customer information using digital tools
Maintain event inventory and ensure materials are prepared for each activation
Assist in delivering a smooth and professional event experience
? What You’ll Bring Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Experience in delivery, field work, maintenance, or similar roles is a plus
Strong attention to detail and dependability
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Basic familiarity with smartphones, apps, and online tools
