accurately Recommend maintenance and upsell additional services Provide estimates for labor and parts Communicate service updates, timelines, and approvals Coordinate with technicians and dispatch for efficiency Ensure repair orders are completed and closed properly Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention 2+ years Service Advisor / Automotive Service experience Dealership experience required (1+ year) Experience in
express lane / quick service environment preferred Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license Advance Your Automotive Career
