Express Lane Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor – $75K–$120K+
Location: Garden City Jeep – Hempstead, NY. Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Monday–Saturday

Service Advisor Responsibilities (Express Lane)
Schedule service appointments and manage express lane workflow
Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service (CSI-driven)
Write and manage repair orders (ROs) accurately
Perform quick write-ups for maintenance services (oil, brakes, tires, etc.)
Recommend maintenance and upsell additional services
Provide estimates for labor and parts
Communicate service updates, timelines, and approvals
Coordinate with technicians and dispatch for efficiencyEnsure repair orders are completed and closed properly
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
2+ years Service Advisor / Automotive Service experience
Dealership experience required (1+ year)
Experience in express lane / quick service environment preferred
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
