Job responsibilities
Community management (reply comments, DMs, and interactions on our social platforms) + GMB comments
Providing assets to retails
PDP updates
Handle translations for PDPs
Improvements
R&R project with Bazarvoice
Support with office logistics: send outs & packages management
Trade support:
Production of trade materials
Production of in-store marketing assets e.g candy
VM updates
Club pink - scouting talents / manage send outs and relationship building ad-hoc.
Support with local content creation + local event production.
Control of PR stock in the shelf of the office / stock overview basement
Profile
Bachelor or Master Student
Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
Autonomous and responsible
Structured and Organized
Proactive and flexible
Excellent in Communication skills
Additional information
6 months Internship, full time - flexible working hours to accommodate school projects/exams.
Internship agreement required -Internship must be part of educational program for school credits.
