Hybrid: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy.
Responsibilities
Provide professional human resources services to the Service Center of Excellence (SCE) for the Division of Finance and Operations (F&O), Institutional Integrity and Risk Management (IIRM), and designated other units of the University.
Manage core HR functions for approximately 2,000 employees and an overall budget of more than $500 million, including recruitment and onboarding, classification and compensation, employee and management relations, and payroll/leave/benefits administration.
