St. George . This role is ideal for an individual who excels at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales in the HVAC or construction industry. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new customers through market research and outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts Promote HVAC products and services to meet or exceed monthly sales goals Conduct outside sales visits and present solutions to potential clients Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to improve performance Collaborate with internal teams to support project success Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process Qualifications
Proven sales experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Self-motivated and goal-driven Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Benefits
