WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: ION is Ayzenberg's in-house influencer team, specializing in developing impactful relationships between influential content creators and powerful leading brands across gaming, technology, and entertainment.
Together, we will build the next level of creativity, technology, and innovation in influencer marketing across YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
ION’s Manager of Influencer & Creator Partnerships requires the ability to provide management of the day-to-day influencer relationships and strategic campaign counsel on ongoing gaming, entertainment, tech, and lifestyle consumer clients.
Please note: this is a PART-TIME / FREELANCE position (roughly 2-10 hours per week) and could be perfect for someone with a current full-time job, or doing other freelance / contract work simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Use data and industry knowledge to discover, vet, and identify campaign appropriate influencers, while balancing a deep understanding of brand objectives
Develop strategies, project campaign timelines, and support in the creation of comprehensive presentations that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation, influencer selection and all relevant documentation (research, content samples, data analysis, competitive overview, etc.)
Own internal and external communications with content creators, clients, and department team liaisons
Secure and develop long-standing relationships with influencers. Own outreach to talent agencies aiming to work with influencers they represent to generate interest in ION campaigns
Provide client guidance and expertise to outline influencer selection, execution details, and timeline
Manage client feedback/expectations and implement any updates and revisions required to secure content approvals. Understand producer role in evaluating influencer content for best chance of performance success
Anticipate potential program and/or relationship hurdles to navigate preemptively and appropriately
Provide clients with comprehensive campaign analysis documentation and reports that evaluate all relevant performance criteria
Manage influencer invoicing and payment workflow to ensure timely influencer payments
WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:
3+ years of influencer campaign experience
Expertise with global gaming, tech, entertainment influencer programs a plus
Fluency with all major social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, LinkedIn. International platforms like Weibo a plus)
Very informed on what’s culturally trending and influencers on the rise
A demonstrated track record of managing influencers and developing large scale, always on influencer programs
Great strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Available for travel
Highly organized, with attention to detail and time management skills with experience and openness to working collaboratively on a team
Fantastic communication skills and an ability to counsel a range of influencers on campaign needs and coach clients on influencer needs
Maintain industry knowledge of the influencer space, technologies, disclosure requirements, terms, trends, costs and innovations
Digitally savvy with Microsoft Office suite proficiency
