Coordinate day-to-day account activities and client requests Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments Monitor service delivery timelines and ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and service summaries Support account managers in ongoing client relationship efforts Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools Professional mindset with a focus on client service Additional Information
