Why This Role Matters Right Now Neostella is at an exciting stage of growth. As our brand, marketing initiatives, and customer reach continue to expand, strong, strategic design has never been more important. We need a Graphic Designer who can elevate our visual storytelling and ensure that every touchpoint—across marketing, sales, and brand—communicates clearly, consistently, and with impact. The Graphic Designer will help shape the visual expression of our brand while partnering closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality creative. Your work will directly influence how our story is told, how our campaigns perform, and how our brand is perceived. Beyond execution, this role offers the opportunity to provide creative direction, mentor designers, and help build the foundation for a best-in-class creative function as Neostella continues to scale.

What You’ll Manage As Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative development and execution of marketing and brand assets across digital and print channels.
