Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning solutions that support workforce development and close skill gaps. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content using modern e-learning tools and adult learning methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive learning solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and recommend appropriate learning strategies Develop engaging adult learning experiences aligned with instructional design best practices Apply learning theories, methodologies, and branding standards to all training deliverables Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables for assigned learning initiatives Continuously improve learning solutions through feedback and iterative design Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development Proven expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia Strong portfolio demonstrating development of online learning solutions Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience managing projects, including scope and scheduling Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with global teams Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise Familiarity with multiple training modalities and development models Archit Sharma Senior Associate – Recruitment – EST 609-353-5246
