What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct sales activities related to incoming group inquiries for guest rooms and meeting facilities
Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and guest issues while maintaining a high standard of service
Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding proposals, contracts, and group reservations
Assist clients in planning meetings, including logistics for room blocks, functions, and amenities
Monitor client experiences and report on feedback or service opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Previous experience in the hotel industry with sales and/or meeting planning experience
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Outstanding verbal and written customer service skills
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with group bookings and client management in a hospitality setting
Familiarity with hotel amenities and services
Knowledge of company programs and policies within the hospitality industry
Previous experience conducting property tours for clients
Strong interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration
