Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Account Health representatives

Monitor and analyze account metrics to identify areas for improvement

Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and account retention

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address account issues

Provide regular reports and updates on account health to senior management

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the Account Health department

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
