Business Development Representative (BDR) VirVentures is a global e-commerce marketplace accelerator with over $1B+ lifetime GMV and 17+ years of profitable growth . We help American brands scale across major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Target+, TikTok Shop and 40+ international marketplaces across 40+ countries.
We are currently building a high-performance sales team in Mumbai and looking for talented Business Development Representatives who enjoy research-driven selling and engaging with global brands.
Key Responsibilities Identify high-potential American brands using tools like SmartScout, Helium10, Keepa and Amazon analytics tools .
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity to analyze brand performance, pricing gaps and marketplace opportunities.
Send highly personalized outreach emails to brand owners and e-commerce leaders.
Demonstrate deep understanding of each brand before initiating conversations.
Meeting Generation Book 3 qualified meetings per day with potential brand partners.
Collaboration with Operations Work closely with the operations team to support brand onboarding and marketplace growth.
CRM Management Maintain 100% CRM accuracy by updating all interactions, meeting notes and lead status daily.
Required Skills Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Business Development .
Experience selling SaaS, Tech or Agency services is preferred.
Experience selling to North American clients is a plus.
Strong research mindset and ability to use AI tools in daily workflow .
