The Freelance Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading day-to-day design execution while providing oversight and guidance to a junior designer during a maternity leave period. This role ensures creative projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high production standard across digital, print, and marketing materials. Reporting into our CMO.

This role will be a 4-5 month maternity leave coverage

Start: End of May

End: Mid October

Key responsibilities include

• Managing the design workflow, reviewing and refining creative work, mentoring and directing the junior designer, and collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns and brand initiatives.
• The role requires strong design expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage 1 Junior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with leadership experience who can step in quickly, provide creative direction, and ensure continuity in the design team during the leave coverage period.

Must be able to work in our NYC office 3X per week.

Salary

$30 - $50 per hour
