Location: Onsite/Hybrid in Greater Chicago Area, IL Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $60k $100k annually (based on experience) Overview We are working with a well established Title Company seeking an Escrow Closer for their Chicago Loop branch office. This position will close real estate escrow transactions for a high-volume escrow operations office. Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate closing documents with attorneys and lenders to ensure smooth transactions. Conduct closings, obtain signatures, notarize documents, and verify accuracy for disbursement. Collaborate with underwriting staff to resolve title requirements and exceptions. Submit all closing documents promptly for recording. Support the escrow team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a title company setting Ability to multi-task and manage day-to-day closing volume fluctuations A positive demeaner and ability to work well in a team environment and provide superior customer service to our customers Familiarity with residential and commercial transactions preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Title Producer and/or Notary Public certification preferred If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a stable, remote opportunity in title, we'd love to hear from you!
