LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well‑established organization to hire a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will answer questions, provide pricing details, prepare simple agreements, and help ensure each event is coordinated smoothly. Type: Temp to Hire Compensation: $17–19 per hour (based on experience) Location: Knoxville, TN Hours: Monday- Friday 8-5pm Key Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone and email regarding group event options Provide accurate information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs Prepare simple booking documentation and send confirmations Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems Work closely with internal teams to ensure all event details and payments are processed correctly Deliver excellent customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries Stay up to date on current offerings and availability Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience Qualifications

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously Positive, solutions‑focused attitude High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
