A well-established screen printing and embroidery company in Lakewood is looking for a Screen Print Press Operator to join their team. What You'll Do
Operate screen printing presses (experience with M&R automatic presses is a plus but not required)
Assist with set up, tear down, printing, and troubleshooting during production runs
Read and interpret job orders to verify print locations, colors, and specifications
Maintain print quality and consistency throughout production
Burn, reclaim, and coat screens
Mix inks when needed
Assist with quality control, folding, counting, and packaging finished apparel
Clean and maintain printing tools and equipment
Support team members with production setup and job changeovers
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Screen printing experience is helpful, but training is available for the right candidate

CTS machine
Auto reclaim machine
Pay & Benefits
$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Health insurance available
Work 7 hours but get paid for 8
