The team you will be a part of The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
Your responsibilities will include
Supports Commercial Team
Leads high level negotiations with trade partners
Leads business reviews and presentations as needed.
Responsible for the development of the company's brands within the accounts in charge, ensuring the capitalization of the sales forecast (Volume and Contribution Margin).
Lead, control and develop fundamental improvement strategies in sales.
Product distribution.
Develops the region's pricing and plan to sell strategy together with the category team.
Management and development of plans to improve the contribution margin of the accounts under your responsibility.
Control and manage all areas of client investment and guarantee a positive return in accordance with the company's protocols.
Analyze the competition within your territories, price, distribution, products and promotions to plan aggressive strategies by category and market segment.
Keep control of each category and brand within your account portfolio, guaranteeing control of the following KPIs: MS%, Volume, Sale, Investment and contribution margin.
Prepare annual, semi-annual and monthly sales plans for each account
Minimum requirements
Education: Marketing, Business Administration or related careers.
Experience: Five years in commercial areas (Sales, Trade Marketing or Marketing), Finance or Business Intelligence.
Bilingual Spanish // English
Advanced Excel // Advance Google Sheet & Slides
Willing to Travel 50% of the time
