About the Role Are you a dynamic, relationship-driven professional with a passion for senior care and community engagement? As our
Community Sales Director , you’ll be the face of our Assisted Living Community—leading local outreach, building strategic partnerships, and driving occupancy through meaningful connections.
This is more than a sales role—it’s a mission to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
Represent the community at events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and report marketing activity, trends, and competitive insights using CRM tools.
Share best practices and support other Community Relations Representatives across the region.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to travel locally for outreach and relationship-building
Preferred:
Proven success in post-acute or assisted living sales
Self-starter with strong presentation and territory management skills
Passion for senior care and community service
