Our client is seeking a Customer Care Representative I to join its Customer Experience team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling low to medium complexity inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment while delivering a high-quality customer experience

Must Haves

1 year of Customer service experience

Experience with Microsoft Teams

Strong Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm and solution-orientated when handling customer issues or escalations

Pluses

Experience in supporting customer in a SaaS, fintech, or technology environment

Familiarity with accounts payable or financial software
