A client is seeking a Customer Care Representative I to join its Customer Experience team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling low to medium complexity inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Must Haves:

1 year of Customer service experience

Experience with Microsoft Teams

Strong Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm and solution-orientated when handling customer issues or escalations

Pluses:

Experience in supporting customer in a SaaS, fintech, or technology environment

Familiarity with accounts payable or financial software

Compensation: $18/hr to $19/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
