Job Title Social Media Coordinator (260002CQ)
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing plan that aligns with the agency’s overall communications strategy.
Design and produce engaging written and graphic content to grow the agency’s presence across all social‑media channels.
Partner with agency staff and various divisions to brainstorm campaign ideas and provide independent social‑media support.
Fact‑check all posts with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and maintain brand consistency.
Monitor social‑media trends and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and meet agency goals.
Manage social‑media engagement under the direction of the Communications Director and in tandem with the broader communications team.
Assist in the maintenance of Internet and intranet websites.
Advise and consult with the Communications Director and other team members regarding activities and outreach efforts.
Attend and participate in events (e.g., state fair).

Qualifications
Completion of an undergraduate core program in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
Two (2) years of experience in social‑media management, digital marketing, or content production.
Experience developing and executing data‑driven social‑media strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
Demonstrated success in creating engaging graphic and video content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
