Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for increasing product sales and placement at all on‑premise and off‑premise store locations within an assigned territory. The ISM’s primary role is to provide exceptional service to all customers while enhancing brand visibility and market penetration through effective sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution.

Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening abilities.
Solid mathematical skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with a variety of software applications.
Proactive, hands‑on approach to personal development.
Prior sales experience; inside sales experience an advantage.
Strong track record of sales success.
Knowledge of the beverage market.
Understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business model.
Additional language skills considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $41,600 - $54,080 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. Benefits include Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, 401(k) Match, Family Leave, PTO & Paid Holiday Schedule, Pet, Legal, and Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement (Benefits listed may vary depending on the nature of your employment and/or work location).
