Overview
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for increasing product sales and placement at all on-premise and off-premise store locations within an assigned territory. The ISM’s primary role is to provide exceptional service to all customers while enhancing brand visibility and market penetration through the use of effective sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution. Responsibilities
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong active listening abilities. Demonstrates solid mathematical skills. Shows strong organizational abilities and can develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts. Exhibits exceptional time management and organizational capabilities. Is proficient with computers and familiar with a variety of software applications. Takes a proactive, hands-on approach to personal development. Has prior sales experience; inside sales experience is an advantage. Maintains a strong track record of sales success. Possesses knowledge of the beverage market. Has a thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business model. Additional language skills are considered an asset. Requirements

The base salary range for this position is $41,600 - $54,080 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
