INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LiteWorks Window & Door specializes in the distribution and retail sales of Label Line windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects in Metro Atlanta and the surrounding area.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships over the phone and email, and is driven to close sales and support customers from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and prospecting efforts
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and homeowners
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities to close business
Coordinate with outside sales reps, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing
Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and manage customer data
Provide product knowledge, technical information, and solutions to customers
Assist with order entry, tracking, and customer communication throughout the sales cycle
Support customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written)
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is a plus
