Position Summary We are currently welcoming friendly and organized individuals to join our growing remote team as a Virtual Hospitality Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients with selecting travel experiences, coordinating accommodations and activities, and ensuring their trip planning process feels smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
This opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, researching destinations, and supporting travelers in creating memorable experiences — all while working from home with flexible hours. No previous travel industry experience is required, as structured training and mentorship are provided.
Primary Responsibilities
Support clients in selecting travel options aligned with their preferences, schedule, and budget
Research lodging, cruises, destination experiences, and excursion opportunities
Provide helpful hospitality-focused recommendations and travel suggestions
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication platforms
Arrange and confirm reservations through approved supplier systems
Stay informed about destination highlights, travel updates, and promotional opportunities
Keep accurate records of client details, trip selections, and booking confirmations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Interest in hospitality, travel coordination, or customer-facing support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic familiarity with computers and web-based tools
Reliable internet access required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must reside in the US, UK, or another qualifying region
Prior experience not required — training and certification resources included
