Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects. Job Title Senior Construction Superintendent
Responsibilities
Oversee daily onsite construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans.
Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, procurement, and issue resolution.
Lead onsite safety initiatives and enforce our safety culture.
Communicate proactively with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Manage project closeout activities.
Essential Skills
5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a commercial general contractor.
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents including plans, specifications, and submittals.
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and maintain productive working relationships.
Solid knowledge of jobsite safety standards and OSHA requirements.
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Ability to lead teams and maintain a positive, professional jobsite environment.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year.
Eligible for bonus/commission, health insurance, dental insurance, short and long‑term disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan (3% contribution), 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, and cell‑phone reimbursement (up to $85 per month).
