What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design and develop sales training strategies across various learning formats, including eLearning and live workshops

Partner with Sales Enablement Leadership to build learning programs aligned with corporate priorities

Continuously improve training methods using industry best practices and feedback

Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as they scale globally

Create interactive learning experiences that enhance learner engagement and product understanding

What is Required (Qualifications)

3-5 years of experience in enablement resource creation and eLearning content development

3-5 years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing content libraries

Proven ability to work with sales and go-to-market stakeholders to align on program goals

Track record of delivering engaging educational experiences that improve learner outcomes

Experience implementing modern learning theories and identifying opportunities for AI and automation in training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Direct experience with SFDC, Gong, Showpad, Articulate360, and Absorb LMS

Multi-lingual capabilities with the ability to create or translate learning content in English, French, and Spanish
