Turn Prospects into Proud Residents We’re seeking a hospitality-focused Leasing Consultant to lead prospective residents through the leasing experience at 400 Lake Shore, a landmark 635‑unit luxury rental tower launching pre‑leasing in 2026. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as brand ambassador for Chicago’s most anticipated residential development, developed by Related Midwest. You’ll bring the vision of the building to life, translating architectural excellence, elevated design, and thoughtfully curated amenities into a compelling lifestyle experience. Through exceptional service, storytelling, and relationship‑building, you’ll help shape first impressions, foster meaningful connections, and cultivate a vibrant community from day one. What You’ll Do: Leasing & Marketing Welcome prospects and guide them through personalized property tours Deliver an exceptional, personalized leasing experience from first inquiry through move‑in Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams during pre‑leasing and lease‑up strategy Highlight lifestyle features, community amenities, and neighborhood insights Use CRM systems to track leads and follow up with care and attention Prepare and process lease applications, documents, and renewals Share ideas with marketing on campaigns, tour strategies, and promotions Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitive market trends Resident Retention & Community Engagement Help cultivate a vibrant, welcoming community aligned with the 400 Lake Shore brand Support smooth move‑ins and move‑outs with great communication and care Support resident experience initiatives that foster community and retention Deliver five‑star service at every touchpoint, such as welcome kits or birthday notes Build relationships through follow‑up, outreach, and referral networking Gather feedback and look for ways to enhance the resident experience Building Presentation Ensure the leasing offices, models, and amenity spaces reflect the highest standards of presentation Coordinate with maintenance and operations to address any property needs Ensure a polished and consistent arrival experience for all visitors Administrative & Compliance Manage all leasing paperwork and files with accuracy and discretion Track occupancy data and help maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws Prepare audit‑ready documentation and handle applications with professionalism Operational Excellence Monitor KPIs like move‑in scores and lead conversions Identify ways to improve leasing performance and resident satisfaction Help manage online reviews and resident concerns with a solutions‑first mindset Special Projects & Teamwork Participate in marketing campaigns, leasing events, and team meetings Stay current with industry trends and company updates Be a team player who’s ready to support wherever needed Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary:

$50,250 Commission + Base potential earnings

up to $95,250 Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Why You’ll Love It Here

What You Bring: Experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service (luxury experience preferred) Polished, professional presence with a passion for customer experience Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and in‑person Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced lease‑up environment Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Weekend availability required (with two weekdays off) A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) Bachelor’s degree preferred Overview
