Superintendent
with
OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction experience
to lead projects across

Job Summary The Superintendent will oversee all field operations from pre‑construction through project completion. This role serves as the daily on-site representative of the company—ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, managing site logistics, and maintaining professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
daily field operations
for commercial and healthcare construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and jobsite logistics.
Review
construction drawings and specifications
and resolve field issues with the project team.
Lead
weekly foremen and safety meetings ; enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Monitor
quality control and workmanship
throughout all project phases.
Maintain
daily reports, progress photos, and documentation in Procore .
Communicate effectively with
clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams .
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
in commercial construction.
Experience with OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare construction projects required.
Strong leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel.
Knowledge of
construction documents, scheduling, and safety regulations .
Experience with
Procore or similar construction management software .
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
