Pay Range USD $87,954.00 - USD $107,920.00 /Yr.
STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum) 5.00 - Salaried Non‑Management except pharmacists

Overview Due to growth, we are adding a UI/UX Designer to our team.
The UI/UX Designer ensures efforts are in alignment with our customer focused efforts within the CX/DX department. The UI/UX Designer will help envision, design, and create prototypes of positive customer interactions. Wireframes, prototypes, and visually pleasing designs will be key functions of this role. The UI/UX Designer will utilize design thinking approaches in combination with graphic design principles to influence and create visually stunning, pleasant experiences for the customers we serve both internally and externally.

Responsibilities How do I make an impact on my team?
Apply voice of the customer (VoC) research to interface and graphic designs
Produce wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
Research customer interactions and apply techniques to improve the customer experience through interface and graphic design
Ensure navigational interactions with digital products remains a delightful customer experience
Work directly with product-oriented delivery teams to build interactive wireframes and provide interface designs to their backlog of development work
Collaborate directly with the compliance team to integrate accessibility and ensure designs are built in accordance with 508 compliance standards
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to maintain proper branding on designs
Conduct experience tests to determine meaningful implementation of new features
Assist with the design of dashboards and/or team pages
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications What our team expects from you?
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a technology or design related area of study and typically has 3-5 years prior professional experience with user experience research and design. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
A design portfolio of demonstrated experience with interface design
Experience with design and wireframing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc)
Working knowledge of web design technologies (HTML, CSS, etc)
Experience researching trends and experiences
Experience working with accessibility design and 508 compliance is a plus
Hold or be willing to obtain at least one certification recognized by a customer/user experience leader (CXPA, Forrester, Medallia, Neilsen Norman Group, HFI, IAOIP)
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, HIPAA, and applicable data privacy practices preferred
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
