What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
For S2 level: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of sales experience or 6+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in cardiovascular sales
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Proficiency in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
