Primary Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and win new business within healthcare organizations (health systems, hospitals, payers, etc.)
Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
Sell interim IT staffing and consulting services, aligning solutions to client needs (EHR, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.)
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity targets
Education and Experience
3-7+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or professional services
Direct experience selling into healthcare clients (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in a true hunter role (new logo acquisition)
Comfortable operating in a startup or high‑growth environment
Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
