Job Summary We are looking for a
motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our US IT Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for
fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
who want to build a career in sales and business development.
You will work closely with senior team members to learn client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in
lead generation and prospecting activities
Identify potential clients through
LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
Assist in reaching out to
direct clients, MSPs, and vendors
Maintain and update
client databases and CRM systems
Help schedule meetings with
clients and decision-makers
Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand client needs
Track daily activities, leads, and follow-ups
Participate in training sessions and learn about the
US IT staffing industry
Required Skills
0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in
sales, business development, or recruitment
Basic understanding of
MS Office and online tools
Ability to learn quickly and work in a
fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a
positive attitude
Preferred
Exposure to
sales, internships, or client-facing roles
Familiarity with
LinkedIn or job portals
Willingness to work in
US shift timings
