What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and engage prospective clients through warm calling, networking, or referrals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
Address and follow up on client concerns or issues in a timely manner
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to highlight program features and pricing options
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals through effective consultative sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
A bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in admissions consulting sales, college counseling sales, or other high-ticket sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with students and families from diverse backgrounds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Hubspot or other CRM tools

Experience in the college preparation service industry
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet enrollment goals
Ability to explain educational services offered in a clear and impactful way
Experience with meeting revenue goals set by organizations
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
