Job Summary
We’re looking for a
Strategic Sales Manager - AI & Consulting Ecosystem
to drive Purple Fabric’s growth through co-selling with top
Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)
and
global consulting firms
in the rapidly expanding field of
Enterprise AI & Agentic AI transformation . You’ll be the tip of the spear in building our consulting and SI ecosystem, developing high-impact relationships that create measurable pipeline, accelerate revenue, and position Purple Fabric as the platform of choice for enterprise AI programs. This is an individual contributor role to start, with a potential path to Sales Director as we scale the team. The right candidate will combine enterprise sales acumen, ecosystem development experience, and a builder’s mindset to design and execute our GTM playbook with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue and Pipeline Through Co-Sell Motion
Create, manage, and forecast a joint pipeline across assigned regions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Sales, Delivery, Marketing) to activate opportunities.
Co-lead pursuits from discovery to closure, ensuring measurable impact on revenue goals.
Scale Enablement and Co-Sell Programs
Develop repeatable enablement content - playbooks, toolkits, certification frameworks.
Lead SI and consulting enablement sessions across technical and sales tracks.
Build scalable motions for regional and global expansion.
Activate Joint GTM Programs
Execute joint campaigns, regional events, and account-based marketing with key GSIs.
Drive visibility and engagement through co-branded activities and thought leadership.
Champion Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Serve as the internal advocate for GSIs capturing feedback to improve processes, incentives, and engagement models.
Analyze partner performance data to identify growth levers and optimize partner ROI.
Qualifications
8+ years in enterprise Sales, Client, or Channel roles at high-growth SaaS, PaaS, or AI companies.
3+ years directly managing co-sell motions with GSI or consulting firms.
Proven track record driving net-new enterprise deals with or through GSIs.
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, joint business planning, and field collaboration.
Comfortable engaging on technical topics (APIs, integrations, automation, AI workflows).
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments.
Demonstrated success in building from zero to one — crafting programs and processes from scratch.
