Build relationships with individuals and families in your community
Identify insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions
Sell auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
Maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
Requirements
Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Must pass background check
Completion of Farmers training program
