
H&M Sales Advisor - Grand Central Mall

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offer support & guidance. You will use your fashion & product knowledge to give customers all relevant info for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
A Day in the Life
Provide excellent customer service: welcome & guide customers through the store & OMNI experience, supporting them directly.
Engage and converse with customers to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all store areas.
Promote & sell our products effectively.
Promote our Customer Loyalty App and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all interactions.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with management.
Complete garment cycle: unpack, refill, steam and ensure care.
Operate fitting room & checkout areas following best practice.
Maintain a clean & tidy sales floor & back of house.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories per visual & commercial guidelines.
Ensure good stock levels via replenishment routines.
Keep best practice for in‑store OMNI services and tech tools.
Assist with opening & closing the store.
Follow all H&S guidelines & legal requirements.
General Information Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, competitors and influencers.
Use product & fashion knowledge to share information with customers.

Sales experience in dynamic retail or service industry.
