Tuesday to Saturday 7am - 3pm
Salary Amount or Range:
$40-$45/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays) + health stipend

Baby due in May + two older kids with a dedicated co-Nanny / FA

Description A family in Tiburon is expecting their third child in May and looking for an easygoing, collaborative co-nanny. They have another FT nanny/family assistant for their two older kids (5 and 7 years old). This role will focus mainly on the new baby with flexibility to work with the older kids as needed. Responsibilities include engaging in play and activities geared towards development, children's laundry, preparing bottles, tidying children's spaces and common areas, and helping wherever needed. The best person for them has a pitch-in attitude, previous experience working with another nanny, and flexibility to travel 3-4x per year (trips are about a week or so and domestic).
Experience Requirements 2 years experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements Fluency in English
Qualifications
COVID-vaccinated preferred
TB and Tdap vaccine
CPR Certified
Valid driver with clean record (family provides household vehicle for work-related driving)
Flexibility and willingness to travel (3-4x per year; domestic; trips are typically a week sometimes a little longer)
Comfortable + previous experience working with a co-nanny
Newborn experience
Comfortable and flexible to work with the older kids as needed; nanny should feel like part of the whole family unit
Easygoing and adaptable
Excellent communication
"No task too small" / pitch-in attitude
Can make a long term commitment (a year+)
